This policy explains how SellSmartDesk (“we”, “us”, the website at sellsmartdesk.com) handles information. We aim to collect as little as possible.
The calculators
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The prices, costs and other numbers you type into them are not sent to our servers and are not stored by us.
The same is true of the file upload tool on each calculator page. When you choose a CSV or Excel file, it is read by your browser on your own device. The file and its contents are not uploaded to our servers, and we never receive or store them. Closing or reloading the page clears them.
Information we may collect
- Server and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider and tools record technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed and the time of the visit. We use this to keep the site running, secure and fast, and to understand which pages are useful.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply and to correct our pages.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The site itself does not need cookies to work. Third-party services we use, including advertising services, may set cookies or use similar technologies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Advertising
We show, or plan to show, advertisements through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies allows it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and other sites on the internet.

Our pages link to the official fee pages of the platforms we cover. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Read their policies before you share information with them.
Children
The site is aimed at people who sell online and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to some uses. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, for example by adding new tracking tools, we will update this page before the change takes effect.
